Fairy Bread

It doesn’t get any simpler or more delicious than fairy bread.

Fairy Bread forms part of a trilogy of very simple dishes that are a surefire hit at Children’s parties, sitting alongside Chocolate Crackles and Honey Joys.

While not all foreigners may appreciate the simplicity of Fairy Bread, Australians know that the easiest dishes are often the best.

For anyone unfamiliar with the vernacular, hundreds and thousands are known as sprinkles overseas.


INGREDIENTS

4 Slices of white bread

1/2 cup of hundreds and thousands

Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Butter the bread slices on one side.

2. Pour the hundreds and thousands over the bread so that they attach to the butter.

3. Cut the bread into 4 triangles. Serve and enjoy!
